Definition
A brochure is an advertising document that is created by the company to promote its business operation and sales. A travel brochure is a document created to persuade potential holiday goers that the destination advertised in the brochure is worth booking. It will inform the reader of brief summary, the destination’s location, major cities and well known places. Historic landmarks, the weather, entertainment and activities, transportation, languages, food, pictures and maps.

Superlative
As an adjective, superlative is used to mean something is the best or highest of its kind, surpasses all others, or is excellent. For example, a superlative cheeseburger would be a cheeseburger that is extremely delicious or is very high quality.
Emotive Language
Emotive language refers to language designed to target an emotion – positive, negative, sometimes deliberately neutral – and to make the audience respond on an emotional level to the idea or issue being presented.
